When you’ve found a location, Pure Joy can help with full event planning right from the very beginning. Once we’re on board we will create a full schematic of the layout, manage your timeline, all of your service needs, rentals, set up and tear down. We will also help with all of the reception details on the day. We have four full time event planners here to help you through the whole process of planning your special event.

Chase Palm Park Carousel

A festive open-air wedding location right across from Santa Barbara's famous East Beach. With the charming antique Carousel as a back drop on one end and a huge fountain on the other, the wedding pictures from this outdoor venue are always vibrant and original. Although it is a public park, as a wedding venue it is far more private than you'd expect. The lawn gives it a wonderful garden feel and it is impeccably maintained. Existing lighting and restrooms make this an affordable location for weddings of any size. Proximity to various top-rated Santa Barbara hotels is also a plus.

Rancho Del Cielo is located on the hills above Paradise Cove, in the heart of Malibu, CA. This wedding venue has a spectacular ocean view, an acre of gardens, olive groves, oak trees, rustic trails, and an old California cottage. There is plenty of room on the location for a wedding ceremony, reception, and dancefloor.

Santa Barbara Historical Museum

One of our favorite historic Santa Barbara wedding venues, the Historical Museum is full of rustic Spanish style. The Museum grounds are perfect for large wedding receptions and ceremonies. The property also offers the Casa Corvarubias, built in 1817, it is the last provincial seat of the Mexican Government and the Penthouse for more intimate events. Very convenient location, right in the central downtown area, but also effectively private and closed off from the public.

Wine Country Events

LinCourt Vineyards & Winery

Lincourt Winery is an idyllic wedding location. The raised verandah overlooking the picturesque vineyards and the lawns and picnic grounds surrounding the farmhouse, it provides a beautiful venue for weddings of up to 200 guests. As pictured above, there are multiple locations for wedding receptions; we can easily tent an outside area for dinner, or the reception can be held indoors in the farmhouse. Lincourt is an expansive, class-A Winery.
