Vegan and Gluten-free cooking isn't a fad around here, it's lore.
We have huge respect for dietary restrictions & preferences. We started preparing gluten-free food over sixteen years ago & we're glad it's catching on. We can do most of our menu items gluten-free, dairy free, vegan, or just a few of your selections; as you choose.
We are happy to work with any requests.

the. best. gluten free rolls. ever. seriously, ridiculously, glorious. after eating & cooking gf for 12 years i have finally found the perfect recipe. moist, crisp on the outside, buttermilk biscuity yum. oh, and we bake them on site
Gluten Free Baked Mac & Cheese with Gruyere, White Cheddar, and a Crisp Golden Topping
we have mastered gf roux for the cheese sauce & buttery crisp topping with a great pasta that leaves you feeling awesome and taste delicious we also make a delicious vegan version as well

start your first day as husband & wife with a feel-so-fine gluten-free flaky fresh-baked pecan maple sugar cinnamon rolls that can be vegan too if you'd like, gf waffle wedded wife station or a farmer’s market fresh omelet station
Chef Manned Ceviche Station
a great interactive “california fresh style” station where our chef prepares local, seafood ceviche with your event day’s fresh catch deliciously tossed together and presented in cosmo glasses with corn chips

Hot Wild Baby Polenta Station
hot creamy parmesan polenta made at the station onto rectangular plates presented on marble slabs and topped with local organic veggies, basil pesto, goat cheese & mozzarella chef torched and finished with a handful of organic wild baby arugula. we can do this with vegan cheese too ;)
Gluten Free Quesadillas
shredded chicken and caramelized onion gf corn tortilla quesadillas with guacamole and spicy tropical salsa / fire roasted green chili, caramelized onions and jack cheese gf quesadillas / gf wedges of grilled corn tortillas with brie, cherries & caramelized onions, mango confetti garnish
