Walk through the streets of downtown Santa Barbara and you'll find Spanish influences everywhere. The streets are lined with white stucco buildings adorned with red tile clay rooftops and vines of Bougainvillea for extra pops of color. A couple we worked with this past year truly embraced the Spanish Style theme for their wedding and it was beyond lovely; it exuded love, culture and color beautifully.
They began their special day exchanging vows at the Santa Barbara Courthouse which vibes vintage, Spanish elegance then meandered to the Santa Barbara Historical Museum for their gorgeous wedding reception. Every single detail speaks to their Spanish theme; the venue, linens, florals, specialty cocktails and even their menu. The bright and baby blues, burnt oranges and Spanish ceramics used throughout the reception created the perfect Spanish look while the menu tantalized everyone's taste buds. Here's what was served:
