Madelynn & Alex were married at a modern and impactful black & white wedding in Santa Ynez Valley. Choosing to have PJC's signature cocktails on their special day, what we call our Tipsy Sips personalized their bar for guests (and themselves!) to enjoy during their reception.
Black and white weddings are simply classic. Such occasions are elegant, sophisticated, and always look chic, yet timeless. The couple selected their special theme elevating the typical rustic vineyard experience using instead their choice of black & white complementary details, even asking their guests to wear all-black attire.
The dinner included a plated option of Almond Crusted Sea Bass with lemon beurre blanc and heirloom tomato basil slaw or Mesquite Flank Steak with chimichurri. Entrees were presented with Local & Organic Roasted Veggies and Mushroom Risotto Cakes.
Guests enjoyed the bride & groom's choices of PJC specialty cocktails; Fresh Squeezed Santa Barbara Lemon Drops and Moscow Mules made with house-made ginger beer in addition to our Raising the Bar package.
Our professional staff welcomed guests with beer, wine, and specialty cocktails. (Left) is Pure Joy's own bartender Joseph Pasche and (Right) Justin Williams serving mini Chicken & Waffle Bites with delicious pure maple butter and a dash of hot sauce.
A signature cocktail is a great way to add a personal touch to your wedding. This classy couple chose to have fun with their bar with their favorites adding to their special day with no detail forgotten.
