We are in love with this year's bright and colorful wedding theme that began in 2022 and is being carried over to this year with a whimsical twist showing off the bountiful range of colors that spring and summer have to offer.
This is the case for our lovely couple, Rachel & Cliff, who were married at Opolo Vineyards in Paso Robles this past weekend. Roobarb Studio did an amazing job on the floral arrangements bringing such vibrancy with a delicate touch to each detail of the wedding planned by the expertise of Cluster Events.
The menu included an array of passed appetizers for guests to enjoy such as the Knotted Bamboo Skewers of Caprese with mozzarella, organic heirloom cherry tomatoes & basil, our popular Chicken & Waffle Bites with delicious pure maple butter & a dash of hot sauce, Garlic Ginger Chicken with Asian chili peanut dipping sauce, and finally the savory Ribbons of Grilled Filet served on golden toasted circles, olive tapenade, arugula & roasted garlic aioli.
Dinner service included the colorful Local Farmer's Market Salad theme, organic veggie, heirloom tomato & balsamic vinaigrette.
Guests were presented with the choice of our Pecan Whiskey Chicken with bourbon onion marmalade or the Slow Braised Short Ribs. Entrees were served with Grilled Local Vegetables, virgin oil herb drizzle and olive oil roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes.
Vibrant and colorful weddings are a great way to add a touch of fun and excitement to your special day like that of Rachel & Cliff.
