Oh my gosh – I woke this morning and realized I had not formally thanked you for the extraordinary evening that we had. I am truly sorry – I guess it has taken me longer to recover from all the festivities than I realized.
We wanted to thank you and all of the staff from Pure Joy who made our rehearsal dinner such a wonderful event. Each member of the staff were so thoughtful, observant, in-tune with the flow of the evening, that I never had to wonder if we were on track or if something needed to be done. The food was amazing, and enjoyed by all. The favorite appetizer was the tomato soup with grilled cheese, although the pesto sauce with the tri tip skewers is a very close second. The buffet was beautifully set up and created lots of comments about both the display and the quality of the food. Sometimes the smallest touch creates an impression and that was true with the simple act of tucking a small lavender flower into each napkin. And the warm cobbler – very yummy.
The staff was courteous, experienced, very service oriented without being intrusive. And I believe that the clean up left everything as clean as when they arrived.
I look forward to another event as you all made it so easy, beautiful, memorable and tasty.
