Epic Rainy Day Wedding

Rain, we’re so glad you didn’t go away because you made this an absolutely EPIC wedding day! Seriously, look at the smiles on their faces! If that doesn’t bring you Pure Joy I don’t know what will.

This epic dynamic rainy wedding day duo resurfaced a couple months back and wrote Pure Joy a lovely email. They said, “We absolutely loved having Pure Joy at our wedding and haven’t had such amazing food at a wedding before or after :).” And for their 2 year anniversary they wanted to celebrate by sharing the Old Fashioned Cheesecake Pie with Sour Cream Topping that we served at their wedding. We decided to provide them with the recipe so they can continue to enjoy it for years to come!

We just loved everything about this wedding. The rain didn’t slow anyone down for even a moment. The smiles shone even more brightly as the rain poured down. And everyone kicked up their heels, pulled up their dresses and pranced in mud all night long. The rain created such a magical vibe and you can truly see it through the photos. This beautiful couple was not about to let anything get in the way of their perfect wedding day and we love how they took what some couples might fear and turned it into an even more memorable evening.
